A Viral Man in China Takes a “Tiger” for a Walk, Turns Out a Painted Dog

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Viral video of a man walking with a “tiger” on China. After being traced, the “tiger” was apparently a dog that the owner had painted orange-black with.

Reporting from the Daily Mail, Friday (11/13/2020), the video of a man walking with a dog painted striped took place in Zhangye City, Gansu Province, China.

In the video obtained by Zhangye Daily, the man then took the dog to the front of a shop and was immediately mobbed by the audience. Then a woman in the video said that it was a fake “tiger”.

“It really looks like a tiger,” said the woman.

The dog is a type of Caucasian shepherd dog. Apart from painting it striped, the owner also added an artificial tail to the dog.

According to local media, the man deliberately colored the dog to make it look like a tiger. But it is still not known whether the man used a dye that was harmful to the pet.
