a video shows them in action

Apple has decided to expand its catalog by offering a number of new products. We were recently treated to headphones. Today we are still waiting for AirTags, competitors of Bluetooth Tile trackers.

Apple is teeming with product ideas, far beyond its smartphones, tablets and other computers. Some time ago, the apple brand entered the market for headphones with its AirPods, then headphones with the AirPods Max. Quite far from music, today we expect AirTags, these trackers who will compete directly les trackers Bluetooth Tile.

Apple AirTags unveiled like never before

Rumors about AirTags tracking accessories have been circulating for some time now. This is the Cupertino firm’s direct response to Tile Bluetooth trackers, except that they will use ultra-wideband (UWB), which is supposed to offer more precise tracking compared to conventional Bluetooth. The product has not yet been officially announced but it could not be long.

Indeed, a video posted on YouTube by the leakster Jon Prosser, very famous for the entire Apple ecosystem, reveals a lot about these accessories. The video in question shows the animation that users should be entitled to when pairing such a product with their iPhone. Better yet, it also “confirms” the design of these tiles.

Sign of an imminent launch?

From what can be said, and assuming this video is true, the design of the AirTags looks a lot like a watch battery. With a back on which we find the Apple logo and the name AirTags and an all white front face, probably in plastic. According to Jon Prosser, AirTags have been ready for a while now, but Apple has postponed their marketing because of the pandemic and the health crisis. The apple brand is currently waiting for the best time.

And according to our man, it could be for this spring. It is also often at this time of year that Apple makes its first announcements. Maybe we should even be entitled to an iPad Pro with a mini LED screen. Who knows, maybe we will finally know all of these Apple AirTags by then …
