We constantly witness stopped or incorrectly parked cars, I also happen to do so and consequently every time I am fined, be it with a bracket, a spider or a ticket.
The larger avenues are very strictly controlled, but because the smaller streets are not controlled by anyone. It’s every day, every morning, not only is Gladstone Street always packed, but these stalled cars add to the heavy traffic in both directions. Not to mention that they constantly make illegal turns. Where are you cops ???
