Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Tweeters circulated on Twitter a video clip of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi Al-Nasr player, getting angry and kicking a bottle of water, after the Saudi victory was defeated by its rival, Al-Ittihad Jeddah, in the Saudi “Roshan” League Clasico.
A tweeter said that a state of great anger gripped the international star, Cristiano Ronaldo, after losing to Al-Ittihad for the second time, after the end of the meeting that brought together the “Al-Alamy” with Al-Ittihad Jeddah on the floor of the Radioactive Jewel Stadium, on Thursday evening.
Al-Ittihad outperformed Ronaldo and his companions with a clean goal, achieved from a counter-attack, at the top of the 20th round matches.
And after deciding the El Clasico result, Al-Ittihad Jeddah achieved the 47th point, to be in first place on the league ladder for this season, with only one point difference from its counterpart, Al-Nasr.
Mughrad said: “Congratulations to Al-Ittihad. I will give you victory and its fans. If Al-Ittihad achieves the league, I think that something catastrophic will happen.. The dean is the closest to the league, well deserved.. I wonder why the foreign referee loses victory with him??.”
Another tweet said: “Congratulations for winning, a thousand congratulations for the lead.”
Another tweeter said: “Al-Ittihad defeated Ronaldo!!”
French coach Rudi Garcia, coach of Al-Nasr team, also expressed his regret for losing his team to Al-Ittihad. “We’re frustrated because we didn’t deserve to lose,” Garcia said. He added, “Al-Ittihad scored the goal the way it wanted, through a counter-attack. The league is still long, and we are now finishing after Al-Ittihad, by a point.”
He continued, “I am happy with the team. We played in a difficult stadium in front of a large crowd, and despite that, we showed a great personality.”
And the Al-Nasr Club website, on its Twitter page, was satisfied with the comment, saying: “Thank you for your support, and God willing, the next is more beautiful.”
