The Sang et Or did not give up on Lectoure.
This Sunday against Lectoure, from the first impacts, we felt the Sang et Or concerned and involved. On a fault in a regrouping, the visitors opened the mark on penalty. The first fact of the game occurred in the 8th minute when the center Larribe intercepted an opposing pass to slip under the posts after 40m of racing. The defenses then watched and half-time was called 10-3. On the restart, the locals, more enterprising, chained some fine moves materialized by two penalties from Garcia, in full success against the bar. The Gersois, heavier in front, undermined the locals who suffered until they received a white card (Fouillade, 68th) and a hard try at the foot of the posts. A new penalty from Garcia 2 minutes from the end made the stadium breathe and Saint-Céré won with the score of 19 to 10. The renewed desire of the locals allowed a deserved victory, important for the group a week before the derby against RCBBV. The victorious reserve team also retains its chances of qualification.
