Denis Chabeaux, 61, is a building caretaker in Thionville. In 2019, he bought a 1940s terraced house in Nilvange, where he intends to enjoy his retirement. He doesn’t live there yet. For three years, the accommodation has been undergoing a major thermal renovation.
