Two pedestrians waiting for the minibus on a sidewalk in Pašcani were injured after logs from an overturned trailer fell on them.

From the first information, the system for holding the logs would have come apart while in motion.
“Road accident, a trailer loaded with wood overturned on pedestrians, 2 people were surprised. The Pașcani Department intervenes with 2 special vehicles and a first aid crew”, ISU Iași reported.
The victims were taken out by ISU Iași and transported by ambulance to Pașcani Municipal Emergency Hospital, according to newspascani.com.
Two women, aged 35 and 65, were seriously injured, having multiple contusions and fractures to their hands and feet, but they are stable, the doctors said.
The driver was tested and had not consumed alcohol.
The police are continuing the investigation into the commission of the crime of culpable bodily harm.
