Karina Quiroga y Sergio Daporta They are two transient residents of San Francisco and their house, a blue motorhome, has caught everyone’s attention. In reality they lived in Tigre, Buenos Aires, but for three months they chose that their house was always in a different place.
“It’s been two and a half years since we started working on the motorhome, but three months since we decided to travel and leave everything to make this life,” he told The Newspaper Sergio. Traveling with this couple are two poodle dogs named Mora and Milagro who get all their attention.
They have been in San Francisco since Thursday, they stopped at the recommendation of friends they made along the way. Their place is next to the shade of the trees in Plaza Vélez Sarsfield, which also guarantees the dogs a park where they can play in peace.
Regarding the reasons that led them to “turn the steering wheel” and become nomads, they explained: “We are tired of the fact that you live working and life is always the same. We didn’t want to wait to retire and see if we can meet or travel. We both like the same thing and decided to leave.”
Karina and Sergio with Mora and Milagro looked for new directions in their motorhome.
That group that one day transported children is now their home and they did it to their liking and need. “When we bought it and we did it ourselves. It has a refrigerator, kitchen, kitchen counter, a comfortable bathroom,” they detailed.
To make a living they sell crafts, incense burners and products that allow them to sustain themselves and get ahead. The news as they tell it on their Instagram Our dream. The rest remains to be seen, they simply opened themselves to the possibilities.
Their next destination is heading to the province of Santa Fe, they are not in much of a hurry, but the idea is to spend the summer season closer to the beaches of Brazil, in the meantime they are happy with the warmth of San Francisco and the square where the founder who received them.
