The father has already withdrawn his statement from the police.
“I didn’t know that the director of the kindergarten was away. I thought she was ignoring this incident. Yesterday she came to our house, showed her tickets. She really was out of town at the time of the incident. We talked, calmed down. My daughter loves her caregivers and misses her friends very much.As soon as she recovers she will come back here.
She herself wants this, she said that “she will no longer sit on this swing, she will ride on others.” I have no complaints about the kindergarten, I’m not trying to rip off money from them, as others think. I just want this case to serve as a lesson for others, so that they begin to look after the children more carefully, ”explained the girl’s father Yerzhan Tazhenov.
According to the founder of the private kindergarten “Nartailak” Aniya Tuleshova, the kindergarten was opened in 2013, and since 2015 it has been working on state orders. It is attended by 124 children from 2 to 6 years old. According to Tuleshova, during this time there was not a single incident within its walls.
“We admit our guilt. We do not refuse, we promise to help parents in every possible way in treating their daughter. When this happened, I was in another city. during my absence, representatives of the media came, who later conveyed the information in a different way.They called me, I said, when I arrive, I will find out everything and let you know.

Then she jumped off, and, apparently, at that moment everything happened. We talked to the girl, she began to remember how it happened. She herself points to the swing and no longer talks about the boy in the yellow T-shirt who allegedly pulled his finger,” says Aniya Tuleshova.
As a result, the parties came to an agreement. According to the father, the daughter will continue attending the kindergarten as soon as she gets better. In turn, the management undertakes to help with everything necessary and pay any amount for diagnosis and treatment. In addition, parents are exempted from the fee for staying in the kindergarten, they only have to pay for food.
Recall, on June 26, a three-year-old child was injured on the playground of the private kindergarten “Nartailak”, as a result of which the girl lost the phalanx of the ring finger on her left hand.
