The threatening object prompted the staff of Aleksis Kive school to contact the police on Friday before noon.
The police went to the elementary school in Helsinki to investigate the situation.
– There was an object found in the toilet that turned out to be a gas-powered ball gun.
– There is still no information that anyone has registered as the owner of a pellet gun, the police say.
No criminal report has been filed on the matter.
