Starting in January, citizens over 60 years old will be able to spend a thousand on social needs, including medicines.
“Condition: full vaccination against COVID-19. Officials received the necessary instructions,” the president adds.
How to get a thousand for a vaccination:
- at the first stage, the payment will be available exclusively in the Diya application;
- at the same time, funds cannot be received on a regular card – for this you need to issue a virtual “eSupport” in one of the partner banks;
- it will also be impossible to withdraw money or transfer it to another card;
- it takes about five days to process an application for a virtual card.
For those who do not have access to the application, an alternative mechanism will appear in the near future.
Where can you spend a thousand for vaccinations:
As the President noted, the funds can be spent in those areas of the economy that have been most affected by the coronavirus pandemic, namely:
- a subscription to a fitness center or gym;
- a ticket to a theater or cinema;
- visit to the museum;
- railway or air ticket;
- buying books.
