The vaccination is progressing. 33.4 percent of Freiburg residents are now vaccinated twice against the corona virus. That is the best rate in Baden-Wrttemberg.
A third of all Freiburg residents have complete corona vaccination protection. This emerges from the current statistics of vaccination rates, which the Baden-Wrttemberg Ministry of Social Affairs published in Stuttgart on Tuesday. With a rate of 33.4 percent for first and second vaccinations, Freiburg is even at the top nationwide – but only slightly ahead of the two neighboring districts of Emmendingen (33.2 percent) and Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald (31.8 percent). 53.8 percent and thus more than half of the citizens of Freiburg have now received the first vaccination. In this table, the district of Emmendingen leads with 54.4 percent.
