“The Sultan, thinking it was a fireworks (before that it was launched), decided to film it. He turned on the flash on his phone. As soon as the Sultan turned off the camera and turned around, he was shot in the back of the head,” said the brother.
It is noted that at first it was impossible to approach the wounded child “because of the continuous shots.” When he received the first medical aid, he began to breathe.
The parents began to call the ambulance and the police, but did not answer anywhere, then passers-by managed to stop a passing car, in which the wounded child was taken to the hospital. There he died from a bullet wound.

The family of the deceased teenager managed to find the man who recorded the moment of the teenager’s death on video.
“We were able to confirm that the shots were fired from a Kalashnikov assault rifle, the bullets were not rubber,” said Anuar Dulatuly.
