An 18-year-old boy beat and robbed two young students at the Vocational School of Chemical Technology “Acad. ND Zelinski ”in Burgas, writes Flagman.bg
The melee took place on the sidewalk right next to the fence of Chemistry. Ivan Penev was with his aver – a 17-year-old from Burgas, when two 16-year-old boys appeared on their way.
Ivan started insulting them and demanding their money. He threatened to blow them up if they didn’t give him everything they had. The students tried to oppose him, but Penev became even more angry and started handing out hooks, inflicting numerous blows and kicks on the head of one and a fist in the face of the other student.
All the while, his friend sat and watched the action without interfering. Thus, Ivan stole a total of BGN 36 from the two teenagers.
Thanks to the quick actions of the officers of the Criminal Police Department at the ODMVR-Burgas and the Fifth District Department, the bully was detained. His remand was also considered today, as the District Prosecutor’s Office insisted that the hooligan be sent behind bars.
However, the district court sentenced him to “house arrest” and sent him home with a restraining bracelet.
18-year-old Ivan Penev is not a criminal, but according to acquaintances this is not his first indecent behavior.
