A teenager, Marcel Gzesh, who killed 12-year-old Latvian Robert Bunc in Britain on December 12, 2020, has been convicted of murder, the BBC reports.

On December 12, 2020, 12-year-old Latvian Roberts Buncis was killed. The boy’s body was found on a land in one of Boston’s districts. A 14-year-old teenager was arrested in connection with the killing of Bunch.

Robert Buncis was hit more than 70 times in a “brutal and prolonged” attack in Boston, Lincolnshire.

On November 8, 2021, the Lincoln Court sentenced Marsel Gzeshchwev to a minimum of 17 years in prison.

The judges took less than two hours to convict Gzeszcz, who was 14 years old at the time of the attack.

Geshch persuaded Robert to meet, offering him £ 50 to sell marijuana.

During the trial, Gzesh insisted that he had acted in self-defense and “lost control” when Robert, whom he accused of bringing a knife to the scene, tried to stab him.

The number of injuries and considerable suffering showed that Robert’s death was more than a knife stab.

The judge said Gzeshch was trying to hide the crime and get rid of the evidence by burning his clothes and sending messages saying he had never met Robert the night he was killed.

The judge warned the convict that he might never be released.
