A girl under 16 is wanted by the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) of Aguadilla after her relatives reported her missing today.
The young woman was identified as Noraima E. Rodríguez Cardona, neighbor of the Pancho Sector, of the town of Aguada. According to the authorities, Rodríguez Cardona she was last seen at her residence in the morning hours of this Tuesday.
The teenager was described as 5’3 ”tall, 85 pounds, white complexion, black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing an orange blouse and black shorts.
