Follow-up: Nazik Issa

Criticized the Syrian director Joseph Rizk Writer Hani Al-Saadi Considering that Al-Saadi “is not as talented as some imagine.”

During a radio interview, Rizk questioned Hani Al-Saadi’s “credibility” in writing the works, accusing him of “embezzlement” of scenes from his previous works and selling them in later works.

He added: “Hani Al-Saadi, what did he succeed? He writes behind bars, takes scenes from the killing of the spring and puts them behind bars. He would not calm down. He had Alzheimer’s for a long time, and he used to show his work to all the Syrian companies, and no one would take it, because it is below the standard.”

He continued: “The disagreement with Hani Al-Saadi is not a disagreement, and he never wrote an officer’s text.” He considered that the credit goes to him alone in the success of Hani Al-Saadi as an important writer, especially since Hani Al-Saadi disagreed with many directors and refused to cooperate with him, he said.
