A survey on the quality of health care

HEALTH. A provincial survey on the experience of health care and services will take place from 1^is May to June 30.

As part of Accreditation Canada’s approach, this survey will make it possible to integrate the voice of each person to improve care and services. Everyone is invited to give their opinion, both people who have received care in the various facilities, at home, and those who have obtained services from the Integrated University Health and Social Services Center of the Mauricie-et-du-Centre- of Quebec (CIUSSS MCQ).

This survey will be completed online only from 1^is May at bit.ly/sondage4mcq. It is possible to complete it for yourself or for a loved one who is not able to do so.

The results of the survey will be used by the establishments to implement actions to improve the experience during the various treatments and services. Concretely, they will make it possible to identify levers for improvement, to make corrections to the processes and to produce a portrait by establishment and for the province. (LT)
