Maybe you know The Boys, Amazon Prime Video’s rather trashy superhero series? The SVOD service wanted to highlight one of its characters, in the middle of a world tour and invites Internet users crossing them to take a picture of it and publish it with a dedicated hasthag. And surprise, Free added its stone to the edifice, taking a picture of him on his sofa, binge-watching on his Freebox Pop!
The little twist (and the joke that goes with it) is quickly understood when you know which character it is: Translucent. Or … the invisible man. Beware of fake photos on the hashtag #TranslucideSpotted, some smart kids can cheat and post simple empty photos. At least, on that of Free, we see a popcorn in the hand of our hero… In any case it looks like it, and Prime Video also hopes that the series pleases him!
