An American auto maker unveiled a new hydrogen-powered “supercar” that can travel more than 1,600 kilometers without the need to refuel.
In details, according to what was published by the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the speed of the XP-1 Hyperion could reach from zero to 100 km / hour in 2.2 seconds, while the manufacturer says that the maximum speed of the XP-1 has reached 350 km /hour.
Water vapor
Although a new car usually only emits water vapor, separating hydrogen from oxygen is a laborious process that requires non-renewable resources such as coal or natural gas, thus undermining this point of selling cars with hydrogen fuel as an environmentally friendly alternative.
