Tonight was another evening in a row when a Starlink flight could be observed over Poland. We received photos of the “space train” visible in the sky on Kontakt24.
SpaceX launched two telecommunications satellites into low Earth orbit on Wednesday. The first group, consisting of 20 Starlinks, was launched on a Falcon 9 rocket from the US state of California, and then another 23 satellites flew into space from Florida.
Since October 31, satellites can be observed flying over our country in the evenings. They form a characteristic white dotted line.
Starlinki over Poland
While on Thursday the evening sky covered with clouds over a large area of Poland was not conducive to viewing the so-called space train, and on Friday it could be seen mainly by residents of the southern half of the country, on Saturday the weather was favorable for observations in almost all of Poland.
The Starlink flight was visible in the sky before 6 p.m. At Kontakt24 we received photos from various towns, including Częstochowa, Opole and Kielce.
