A 42-year-old woman was taken to a life-threatening hospital after a domestic accident at a hotel in Pavel Banya on Saturday night, BNR reports.
She was accommodated in one of the hotels in the resort town, accompanied by a man. On Saturday night, a scandal broke out between the two, which ended unhappily for the woman who fell from the terrace on the third floor of the building.
According to eyewitnesses, cars of the Ministry of Interior and an ambulance, as well as criminal investigators from Stara Zagora arrived on the scene.
The owner and staff declined to comment.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed the incident and explained that pre-trial proceedings have been initiated and an investigation is underway. The case is being monitored by the Stara Zagora District Prosecutor’s Office.
