A “3R” space (“breathe, relativize, relax”) opened on Tuesday at the Paul-Guiraud hospital in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne). It was inaugurated in the presence of Brigitte Macron, who chairs the Hospital Foundation, reports The Parisian.
It is this foundation that is behind the design of this 71 m2 space intended for the 1,700 caregivers of the Ile-de-France hospital. The project cost more than 71,000 euros. The places were designed by the architect Sarah Poniatowski. The room, accessible at any time, offers large sofas, massage chairs, “nap cocoons”, all in soothing colours.
