A responsible source from the family of the journalist, Wael Al-Ibrashi, confirmed that the journalist is still in Zayed Specialist Hospital, under observation and follow-up of lung and breathing, but he has completely recovered from the Corona virus.
The source added, in a statement to Al-Masry Al-Youm, that Al-Ibrashi’s health condition is improving and completely stable, and he is now recovering and in complete improvement and will be discharged from the hospital in the coming days. Soon, Al-Abrashi will return to his fans and loved ones, through the ninth program on The screen of the first channel, and we confirm that Wael Al-Ibrashi is in a regular room inside Zayed Specialist Hospital.
Al-Ibrashi wrote on his official Facebook page more than a month ago: “Praise be to God, may God bless me with a cure from the emerging corona virus.”
During the past months, the health condition of the presenter of “The Ninth” program on the Egyptian media TV, Wael Al-Ibrashi, has deteriorated, which prompted his family to demand that no false information be published that would cause confusion without verifying the correct information.
Al-Ibrashi has been in Zayed Specialist Hospital for nearly three months, after he was infected with the virus, as his official Facebook page announced, in late December, that he had been transferred to the hospital, where he was in intensive care after his health deteriorated.
Then he conducted many swabs that confirmed the continuation of the infection, and the journalist Amr Adib read a written message from his colleague Wael Al-Ibrashi through the program “The Story”, broadcast on the satellite channel “mbc Egypt”, which read: “I was transferred in an ambulance and I was in a critical condition and Corona was able From devouring a large part of my lungs, and now my condition began to improve, despite the difficult situation, and I am forbidden to speak.
