The benefits of the single and the clip, scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, two weeks after the tragedy, will be donated to the Red Cross, says the label.
For this song, Khaled teamed up with a “friend”, the Lebanese musician Rodge. “Beirut faced an explosion that devastated the heart of this city, leaving its people bruised, hungry and homeless,” writes the latter on his Facebook page, the photo of which shows him facing Khaled and announces the song.
The double explosion that ravaged Beirut on August 4 left more than 171 dead.
