Swedish social media influencer Kajsa Molund says cheating is common.
Swedish social media influencer Kajsa Molund tells openly on Tiktoks how social media influencers “cheat” and that you shouldn’t compare yourself to what you see on social media.
Molund says social media is fake.
For example, he uploads his own Instagram photos. Molund says that in one Instagram photo she has an expensive bag. But the bag isn’t his, it’s borrowed from the company.
– Many social media influencers work in the same way. They borrow bags from companies, exchange bags with their friends for pictures, or sometimes borrow bags from their mothers, says Molund.
– So don’t worry if you don’t have ten branded bags in your wardrobe, most of them don’t.
Molund also says that pictures that look relaxed are not necessarily so in reality, but the background may contain dozens of pictures taken of the same situation and planned in advance.
– You can find inspiration on social media, but you often feel miserable when you browse the feed and compare yourself to others. You really shouldn’t do that.
