Hello first, I was just about to comment something on someone else when I was suddenly logged out. Of course, I want to register again immediately, as I now have 1800+ subscribers. Then came the message that Instagram had reset the password to secure my account (see attachment). But if I enter my phone number to send me the SMS, I do get an SMS, but the account that I can reset is an old one that I no longer use and not my real one.
Another problem is that I forgot my email password. So far so good I’m on web.de and wanted to reset my email password. Consequence: technical error.
What should I do? Do you have any advice or can you help? My site is really important to me and it was a lot of work that I put into it …
