Although a few days ago we knew of the latest Xiaomi patent where we were shown a most unusual camera, today we echo the new Xiaomi idea that unites the sliding system that we already saw in the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 with a surround screen most curious.
As reported from LetsGoDigital, Xiaomi has registered a new patent under the World Intellectual Property Office, which describes a most curious smartphone that adds a sliding system to hide the selfie camera.
With a mechanism very similar to that of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, this new concept is combined with a flexible screen that after being deployed downwards allows the cameras on its front to be exposed.

In this way, it would be possible to obtain not only an all-screen smartphone, but to go a step further by obtaining a second screen or secondary display that in certain cases could be most useful.

In short, a most curious concept that again shows us Xiaomi’s desire to achieve the perfect smartphone that manages to make a difference compared to the rest of smartphones that we can currently find on the market.
We will see if this new patent finally ends up becoming a reality or if instead, like so many others, it is forgotten.
