A simple recipe for paska

It is called Passionate and is the strictest period during the entire Great Lent. This is the best time to prepare for Easter. The most popular day for baking strips is Maundy Thursday.

He published the relevant video on social networks.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of flour
  • 125g of eggs
  • 275g milk
  • 75 sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 10 g of salt
  • 20 g of pressed yeast

Preparation:

1. Add cold milk, eggs, flour, sugar and fresh pressed yeast (@duhmyana.hata) to the mixer bowl and mix for 15 minutes.

2. Then add the cooled butter, salt and mix for another 10-15 minutes so that the dough comes together and does not stick to your hands.

3. Leave the dough to ferment for 2 hours. at room temperature, it should triple.

4. Divide into the desired size, transfer to molds and leave for another 1.5-2 hours, it should increase in 2.5-3 years.

5. After that, heat the oven to 165C in top/bottom mode (with convection) and bake the paska until done (an average paska of 500 g is baked for about 25 minutes).

6. Cool and decorate to taste.
