A shocking turn occurred in the XI. in a double suicide case that happened in Lecke Street in the district. As we previously reported, a 70-year-old woman and her partner of the same age attempted suicide in their home on Friday. They had told their neighbors about their intention before, but no one thought they would actually do it.

However, it has now emerged that the man was still alive when the paramedics arrived. He was taken to hospital, where his life was saved. The police are investigating a homicide.
Metropol contacted the National Ambulance Service, who said:
The ambulances called to the location you mentioned transported an elderly man to the hospital with serious injuries, unfortunately, in the case of an elderly woman, they were only able to determine the state of her death
