A fight between the two men
It was this Saturday, December 10, at the end of the morning, that a quarrel broke out between the seventy-year-old and the young, homeless. The younger would have pushed the older, causing him to fall to the ground. His head then hit the ground.
Already in a very worrying state – his vital prognosis was compromised – the victim had to be transported by helicopter to the university hospital of Clermont-Ferrand. The young man was immediately arrested and then placed in custody by the Montluçon police services.
According to the first elements, and even if the exact circumstances of this altercation remain to be clarified, the young homeless man would have entered the entrance hall of the building where the seventy-year-old lived. The latter allegedly contacted the police to warn them of this intrusion. From here a quarrel between the two men would have started.
