Eight earthquakes have been recorded in Turkey in the past 24 hours. They were between 3.0 and 4.2 on the Richter scale.
The strongest was just before 14:00 Bulgarian time, according to data from the European Seismological Center. Its epicenter was 8 km northwest of Kusadasi at a depth of 6 km.
At the same time, an earthquake was also recorded on the island of Crete in Greece. It had a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale.
