A second suspect was taken into custody this Tuesday morning after the broadcast on social networks of a motorist who drags two men by the arm, in Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis).
The 24-year-old driver who was filmed dragging two men on Sunday at the end of the day, in Noisy-le-Sec, presented himself to the police on Monday before being taken into police custody. At around 5.15 am this Tuesday morning, a second suspect who introduces himself as the one who filmed and broadcast this shocking scene also surrendered to the police. He was in turn taken into custody.
The motorist, whose face is visible on the amateur video, is already known to the police, in particular for the consumption of narcotics and break-in theft. A first 64-year-old victim lodged a complaint in this case, said the Bobigny prosecutor’s office. The latter suffered from a broken shoulder and a foot following her heavy fall at the time of the incident.

According to the first elements, the driver would have called his victims to ask them for a cigarette. Once they were at his height, he grabbed them by the arm to drag them for long seconds, while laughing, with his passenger (s).
