All of the Texas amusement park visitors who suffered the accident have already been rescued.

Twenty people were trapped this Saturday on a roller coaster at the Six Flags Fiesta amusement park in San Antonio (Texas, USA). At around noon, the attraction, called the Poltergeist, stopped during its tour for reasons that have yet to be clarified.

Luckily for those affected, when the mechanism stopped, the cabins at least left them in a vertical position, between so many turns in which they could have been upside down.

The accident left no injuries and all park visitors who suffered the problem were rescued safely in collaboration with firefighters. Meanwhile, the amusement park management has closed the Poltergeist roller coaster and does not plan to reopen it until the inspection is complete and the causes of what happened are determined.
