The material says that the mother of the graduate was with her at the official part of the event, but did not stay for the banquet – there were many adults and teachers, and the class teacher promised to look after the girl.
There was alcohol at the banquet, everyone present, including the victim, drank it. According to Olga, at some point everything began to float before her eyes, and after 2.00 am a dance teacher approached her. The rest of the teachers, adults and children scattered across the school grounds at that time. Anton said that he was “deciding a room” and left. And after a while he returned.
“I didn’t even immediately realize that it was him. Everything happened so quickly – I was drunk. Everything was blurry, but I understood that we were going to the first floor along the stairs, I constantly stumbled. We go somewhere into the corridor, there is a man a toilet and some dressing rooms. ”He takes out the keys, opens the dressing room, takes me there, closes the door with a key (I heard a lock click), does not turn on the light. […] Because I was drunk, I was the “body” – he just did what he wanted. […] I was in a lot of pain, and I kind of started screaming. […] I heard that someone approached the door, the handle twitched. He covered my mouth with both hands. Then the process was just going on, I said that I was in pain, but he shut me up and only left me as he wanted him to be pleased, “said the victim.
In the morning, the graduate was taken home by her mother. Olya told her brother about everything – she was afraid of her mother, because she was worried about her health. Relatives supported the girl, she and her mother went to the police.
According to her, the police looked at the minor with condemnation and asked about the details of how she was raped. And at some point, a dialogue took place between the policeman and the victim, during which the policeman said: “Well, listen, you have not a classic rape. Was the sex natural or not? Well, vaginally, then?”

The policeman reacted: “Oh, yes, please me? Well, as a man, I understand him, yes.”
According to the girl, she was looked at as a victim when she was examined by a gynecologist and confirmed the presence of injuries and signs of rape.

I understand that I am some kind of girl who, in fact, got drunk at the prom, I do not expect that they will trust me, but why should I go And it was only after the gynecologist that they decided to take away the material evidence – linen with traces of semen. “Zaborona” writes that law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings under Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (rape of a minor).
After visiting the police, the girl decided to tell her classmates about everything. They decided that she wanted to “hyip”.
The victim says that the teacher deprived her of her virginity.
“I understand: it may be difficult to accept that the person who put you on the dance turned out to be a rapist. But it is also difficult for me – I also did not expect that my first time would be rape. I had a friend for four years, and at most that we had – these are kisses. If I wanted to have sex, I would do it with a person I trust, “she said.
The class teacher, in a conversation with her mother, blamed the victim for everything and asked the 28-year-old teacher not to “spoil the life”. Neither the class teacher nor the school principal responded to calls from journalists. But the father of one of the graduates called the editorial office and said that the girl who was raped was lying. According to him, there were many adults there, and the choreographer was almost constantly in sight.
This man said that the teacher, if necessary, “will be helped with a lawyer – I don’t want to ruin his life, especially since he has a pregnant girlfriend.”
In the directorate of the school, the victim was informed that the next year he would not sign a contract with the choreographer. He teaches choreography not only at this school, writes Zaborona.
