Urzy. A satisfactory collection. This time, the blood donors responded on Thursday afternoon, with more than forty of them showing up at the association area. A boon for the French Blood Establishment, whose stocks are currently at their lowest for blood, platelets and plasma.
For the latter, the collection can only be done on Wednesdays and Fridays, at the Maison du Don, located at the Nevers Hospital Center (need to make an appointment at 03.86.61.82.00). Small exception compared to previous collections: no new donor showed up. An absence which will perhaps be filled on the occasion of the next visit of the EFS, scheduled for Thursday December 5, at the same place.
