The lifeless body of the former deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Major General Vladimir Makarov was found in the village of Golikovo, near Moscow. The body of the 72-year-old former deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Vladimir Makarov, was found in his villa in the Moscow village of Golikovo. In January, Major General Makarov was dismissed from the position of deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, BTA reported.
