The lifeless body of the former deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Major General Vladimir Makarov was found in the village of Golikovo, near Moscow. In January, Major General Makarov was dismissed from the position of deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, BTA reported.
