According to law enforcement officers, the post of a resident of the Ivano-Frankivsk region could cause panic among the population.
In Ivano-Frankivsk region, a woman will be tried for “published information about the coronavirus vaccine” on Facebook. About this on Thursday, March 25, informs press service of the Kolomyia city district court.
It is noted that a resident of Kolomyia wrote on her page on the social network that the vaccine allegedly did not pass all stages of the test. According to law enforcement officers, this could cause panic among the population.
An administrative report was drawn up against the offender under Article 173-1 (spreading false rumors). Now she faces a fine of 170 to 255 hryvnia or up to one month of community service.
The court session was scheduled for April 8th.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine states that reports that European countries are refusing the AstraZeneca vaccine, the Indian version of which is being vaccinated in Ukraine – “nothing more than another fake.”
