The residence has 70 places, most of them for elderly people without economic resources who are waiting for a place of public residence and elderly people who cannot access a public place due to low employment, lack of documents, etc., but need a residential place because they are in a situation of social risk or lack support familiar.
87% of the people present in the residence are over 80 years old and reach up to 106. Currently, due to the pandemic situation, not all places are occupied, having reserve places in case of a new outbreak, in order to be able to isolate infected people.
We are currently working to develop an even more people-centred assistance system, with measures to promote independence, the adaptation of spaces and renovations for the comfort of residents and staff who work there.
