Madrid and Parisian leaders met this Wednesday noon at Zalacain, a prestigious restaurant in Madrid, for the traditional pre-Champions League match meal. On the Parisian side, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and Leonardo attended. The atmosphere was deemed relaxed by both parties. On the menu for this lunch: lobster salad, sea bass and crushed tomato or grilled fillet with Béarnaise sauce before ending with chocolate mascarpone cigarettes and white chocolate ice cream.

This meal was also the occasion for an exchange of presents. Florentino Perez offered his Parisian counterpart a Real jersey and a miniature replica of the future Santiago-Bernabeu, in exchange Paris gave him an Eiffel Tower engraved in glass.
