The film is a road movie built within the framework of a comedy-drama. The heroes are accompanied by an idyllic landscape, but also by the macabre specter of a painful past. The whole thing is filled with the sounds of Fryderyk Chopin’s compositions. Eisenberg smiled during Sundance and emphasized that he chose this music because the composer had been dead for hundreds of years, so the rights to his compositions were in the public domain. This allowed the production to save money on the soundtrack. However, he added, quite seriously, that the Polish pianist was simply a perfect choice for him, and his songs reflected the mood of the characters.
