Al-Fateh Industrial Company, which produces Arousa tea, has informed wholesalers of the new prices for December 2022.
The price of bride’s tea recently hit a record high, as the price of a quarter kilo of bride’s tea rose to £35 instead of £25, which is the second increase in just three months.
The prices of Al-Arousa tea, with all its products, increased in September 2022, only to return again on the first day of December 2022 and increase again.
The price of a 20 kilo carton has reached £2509, and sells to the trader for £31 and a quarter, which sells for £33 to the consumer, after the 20 kilo carton sells for £1860, sold to the merchant for £23 and a quarter, and sold to the consumer for £25.
And the Chamber of Commerce’s tea division earlier announced that tea prices have risen globally due to the repercussions of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
