The hope is that this particular pudding will stick around for generations to come, as a reminder of the current Queen. something like Queen Elizabeth Chicken, better known as Coronation Chicken, a dish with chicken, curry cream sauce, rice and green peas. Created for the Queen’s inauguration nearly 70 years ago, the dish is still very popular.
