Many soldiers who have a super motivation to act, face to face with the enemy, can destroy a tank with a grenade launcher, but after two or three days, under artillery fire, completely they lose the will to live, the will to win, the will to serve, the faith in the armed forces, the faith in the country, etc. ” he says.
The use of artillery is so massive, so large-scale, that there are cases when up to 2000-4000 shells were fired at Ukrainian positions in half a day. Unfortunately, the personnel have been disabled, so it is very important to have self-propelled units and long-range artillery.
According to Krasilnikov, if there is no long-range artillery, there will be losses of infantry, which means that the task set by the headquarters will not be fulfilled.
“That is why we need weapons, because we need to protect the whole of Europe and the whole world from an aggressor who will not stop after he invades Ukraine. We need to prevent this. To change the situation, we need to be given powerful weapons.
– We need declared ammunition that works against armored vehicles, we need guided weapons or guided munitions for the same howitzers that will be provided to us by partner countries. We need to have these tools. If we have them, victory will be closer, “said the brigadier general.
