Some Bulgarian police officers appear to be repeat offenders, according to prof. Veselin Vuchkov.
They look like they just got out of prison, with tattoos and unacceptable behavior. This opinion was expressed by the former Minister of the Interior and Professor of Criminal Procedure Prof. Vuchkov in “The Day Live”.
“In terms of executives, it’s all about unexercised control. I drive every day. When police officers stop me, it strikes me that some of them look like they just got out of jail: tattoos all over their bodies, behaviors that don’t meet the requirements of the profession, “he added.
According to him, there is a lack of elementary continuity between the political teams that lead the Ministry of the Interior.
“For every minister there are cases like the one with Georgi Semerdzhiev, which show the state of the system.
According to him, one of the main reasons for the continuing serious incidents is poor administrative and criminal activity, Nova TV reported.
