Window cleaning is not a very popular home activity. But when you learn simple tricks, it will be great for you and you will no longer spend a penny on expensive cleaning products. What to buy and how to do it?
So many resources, yet so useless
Commercial preparations from the store have one big disadvantage – it is a relatively overpriced water, in which chemicals and perfumes are inserted. But none of this is in line with the environment. You buy bottles with products from which you definitely expect more than just smudges and imperfectly washed windows. You have run into advertising again, and plastics are accumulating in your home with unnecessary cleaning products. It goes differently.
Don’t forget the trowel
Amy Gilmore, a professional cleaner, has shared some low-cost tips to help you wash one poem. At the same time, a home window cleaner is very easy to create. Also get rubber cleaning gloves and a trowel. You will speed up the overall work by many minutes. Wipe the product from the window from top to bottom with a spatula and wipe the spatula with a clean cotton cloth.
Cheap production, ecological means
Prepare half a cup of vinegar, two cups of distilled water and, if you want, a few more drops of essential oil in a spray bottle. Those who do not want to deal with it too much will prepare only water and vinegar, into which they drip a few drops of essential oil for the pleasure of the scent, which of course is not a necessity. The important thing is vinegar, but also distilled water, which will stay in the sprayer for a long time without spoiling.
Alcohol change
You can change this recipe a little more. Add three tablespoons of vinegar to two cups of distilled water and three tablespoons of alcohol. Again, you can use the mixture in a nebulizer. What is special about this “recipe”? Not only will it perfectly disinfect the glass, but it will also take care of their perfect shine.
When washing windows, the basic ingredients are enough for you. You will stop buying expensive cleaners.
