The future of work requires innovative and family-friendly approaches to attract and retain skilled workers in the long term. A central component of such family-friendly strategies is company childcare.
Companies now receive support through the new “Online Guide for Company Childcare”.
The guide offers companies a wealth of information, tips and valuable practical examples on different care models from child day care, emergency or holiday care to company daycare. It makes the advantages of the respective offers clear and gives recommendations for implementation. In this way, companies can develop the best solutions for themselves and act in a future-proof manner.
Funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism and the employers’ association Südwestmetall, the guide is now available to all users free of charge.
The overall aim of the familyNET 4.0 project is to specifically support companies in Baden-Württemberg in the areas of digitalization and the compatibility of work and family and to strengthen the forces of innovation. from previous years.
