A police officer beat a twelfth-grader near the Academic Lyudmil Stoyanov Language High School in Blagoevgrad. The son of the mayor of Blagoevgrad Ilko Stoyanov witnessed the incident.
His friend threw a butt on the ground and a police officer, who was not currently at work, attacked the young man.
Witnesses from the floors of the block in front of which the incident took place called 112 and called for help, the mayor confirmed to bTV. According to them, the man was aggressive in principle.
The mayor’s son was summoned for questioning.
