Stricter measures will come into force in Plovdiv tomorrow. Strict inspections for violators are starting in the malls. In addition to being adults, the validity of green certificates will be monitored.
The district is in the 3rd stage of the National Plan for Dealing with the Epidemic and already on Friday the operational headquarters outlined the new stricter measures that will be implemented from tomorrow.
Indoor restaurants and facilities will operate with a capacity of up to 50% and a green certificate requirement. Unaccompanied persons under 18 years of age will not be allowed in large retail outlets. This is expected to be a challenge, given the fact that students are going on vacation.
The opening hours of gambling halls, restaurants, bars and discos will be until 22:00. The district headquarters asked for the restriction to be after 11 pm, but the proposal was rejected by the chief state health inspector.
The district headquarters recommended that the security in the malls strictly check the certificates and ID cards of the visitors.
