FOCUS – Faced with the climate emergency, 60 local authorities, including Grenoble, will participate in a national program entitled A planet for all. Launched on December 29, 2020, this program has two objectives: to promote their local green transition actions and to involve their schools in open education on climate issues. All under the leadership of Grenoble-native Gaël Derive, a specialist in climate issues.

The program A planet for all aims, on the one hand, to promote the local green transition actions of the 60 communities gathered within it, including Grenoble. And, on the other hand, to involve the schools of these communities in “ an open education approach on climate issues “. An initiative that will affect no less than 5.5 million inhabitants, in metropolitan France or overseas. Not to mention the some 60,000 students in 180 schools who are already working on issues related to the climate emergency.
